Scope of Work: This project involves the renovation of buildings 305, 307 and 308 which includes the application of high performance coatings for the aircraft hangar doors. Demolition and renovation of 41,240 SF interior spaces included: asbestos abatement, interior finishes, concrete restoration and cleaning, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression sprinkler systems, data and telecommunications.

Scope of Work: This project consisted of installation of specialty security bollards and cable barrier systems to increase exterior building security. Stone and brick piers were built as a part of a cable barrier security system. Additionally stone walls and benches, decorative concrete flatwork and stairs, concrete sidewalks and curbs and asphalt work beautified the space. A memorial plaza made of brick pavers was a component of another area. Replacing landscaping in several areas completed our work.

Scope of Work: This project involved renovation of and an addition to the existing 3 story building. Demolition and complete renovation of the interior spaces involved HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and sprinkler systems. The work scope involved 35,000 SF of the owner occupied space over a multi phased contract duration. Excavation, site utilities, asphalt, concrete footers, slabs, sidewalks and curbing, masonry, steel joist, precast concrete roofing panels, roofing, roof pavers, metal framing, mesh shielding, insulation, drywall, acoustical ceilings, painting, ceramic tile, and carpeting completed the project.
